PORNO IPAD 4

Apple's strict no porn rules seems to have been broken. Cinemax -- nicknamed Skinemax for a reason -- had their app approved by the App Store. The app will include Max After Dark, the channels notorious softcore porn programming, in a clear break with Apple's anti-porn policy.
According to Apple's App store policy "Apps containing pornographic material, defined by Webster's Dictionary as 'explicit descriptions or displays of sexual organs or activities intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings,' will be rejected."
There's no indication on why Cinemax may have been able to pass when so many others haven't. It may be because the app also offers Cinemax's regular programming including "The Book of Eli" and "It's Kind of a Funny Story." Also,Cinemax's app will have strict parental controls and will not be available to anyone under the age of 17. And, it's not the first time Apple has approved a known adult-content company to have an app: Playboy and Sports Illustrated still have their apps available for purchase.
The strict regulatory controls on the Cinemax may prevent kids from watching "The Thighs Have Eyes" on their iPad, but everyone knows a quick Google search or Pirate Bay download can get you much worse content. Or, of course, kids can just turn on the TV and change the channel to Cinemax, like they've been doing since the creation of Max After Dark.
